...was neon yellow after having a pre-workout shake earlier tonight that contained creatine and a bunch of other things, then a whey protein shake, and a diet Rockstar. There's some orbit gum, chicken, rice, and applesauce in there as well.

Oh yeah, there were also 3-4bottles worth of water in there too.

    Hooray for nitrogenous wastes.

Seriously folks, I'm here all night for the next few weeks.

Lets not forget the banana, whole grain kashi cereal, turkey burger, or bagel in there as well.

    Gas is pretty bad. :D

Turkey burgers aren't bad. I just started eating them again, but before I left off to my new college I was eating them back home. The downside to turkey burgers is that they're more dry than beef.

If I could get like 95% lean burger patties here I would eat regular burgers as well.

Ostrich and buffalo burgers are good as well and they're both sources of lean protein. :)

Oh, you're good you, you're good!

If I don't remember it, it doesn't count. That rule was enacted when I turned 21.

Seriously, I had an early start from a very young age and then when in a relationship for quite awhile so all this stuff has happened as of late. If I went to a D1 school with a big sports team and a better social life, I'd probably be dead.
