My reverse lights won't work after swap.

So this has been bugging me for a while now. I can't get my reverse lights to come on. I've wired everything properly but there is no current coming from the transmission. Does the sensor part just come out or what? I really would like to have some reverse lights especially on those dark nights.

Nope. I'm not getting anything from the tranny though.

maybe the back-up light switch in the transmission is bad - just screws out (picture is for D-series, but B-series works the same - it is just in different location)

u could always wire a toggle switch

I think it's probably a bad switch.. just follow step 4 in that diagram up above to test it to be sure that's what is wrong.

Will a d-series switch work? Is there a difference in the auto and manual switches?
