I am looking into using ncursesxx to write a basic GUI. Has anyone used this library before or NDK++? I am finding that like most open source code it is poorly organized and the documentation is worse.

Linux will never survive with lazy coders contributing</rant>

PHP is too slow. GDK+(I can't actually find a GDK+ anything, however, GTK+ did come up and can be installed with GDK) is a C library and C doesn't allow the felxibilty that C++ has. And the big one, the prof said it has to be in C++.
