Need a 91 Civic ETM (electronic test manual)

Bought a couple of manuals that were available at AutoZone. The Chilton manual seemed to be the best. But it is still real weak in electronics. I need to fix my seatbelt motors, the intermittent wipers, and the headlight ON warning dinger.

If anyone has an ETM knows of an ETM mauual for sale please let me know. I checked and Amazon has it listed, but out of stock
