just got back from the shop and its seem i might have a dropped sleeve. i bought the car with a blocked sleeve bored out to 85mm but i dont think the person got it sleeved by a good place he said a machine shop by his house did it. so im trying to get a fresh block and head so i can do it right and feel good knowing its does right.
