need a burned chip

i want to get a chip burned for my 90 hatch with a dohc im puttin nitrous on it but i dont want a chip thats gonna raise the rev limiter...anyone help me??
 
Whatever you do just please do not get one of those chips from Ebay. Sorry I am no more help than that.
 
Ya and most chips on Ebay or any other generic chip for that matter has fairly aggressive ignition timing, something you do NOT want with nitrous. What ECU is this for anyways?
 
ummm its the ecu for the zc out of the integra.....how much does uber data run and any local places around elmira ny who can tune it for me
