Okay I need to know what else needs to be done to complete the swap... ie: parts, electrical fab (if any).

What I have:

96 civic ex (EJ8 obviously OBD 2a)

B16A SiR II (block, head, IM, TB... EVERYTHING)

YS1 hydro tranny (came with swap)

Axles

OBD 1 dizzy (came with swap)

p72 ecu (OBD II)

GSR Alternator

99 Si rear motor mount

OBD 1 & 2 injectors

Shift linkage

OBD 2 SOHC VTEC harness

OBD 1 DOHC VTEC harness (unplugged at shock towers so I do not have the other half that goes to ECU)

Also do not plan to use A/C but am keeping power steering.

I did the exact same swap, except I changed the motor to OBD II. I'm not positive, but I think you're gonna get a CEL cuzz the GSR ecu is gonna be looking for secondary intake runners and they're not gonna be there. Not positive though.

I also notice you have an OBD 1 dizzy and the ecu is OBD II. I think it would be much easier to get a jumper harness and go with an OBD 1 ecu. There was alot of replacing to OBD II parts on the SirII motor for me, and would have been done alot sooner if I had just switched to OBD 1. Hope this helps.

Thanks for the advice. Anyone else have any other thoughts on this??
