OK I GOT A 90 CRX SI HAS OBD1 ECU AND DIZZY JUMPER HARNESS I'M RUNNING A JDM B16a I'M THROWING A NUMBER 9 WHICH ISA CYCLINDER POSTION SENSOR AND A NUMBER 41 WHICH IS A O2 PRIMARY HEATER SENSOR HOW DO I GET RID OF THESE??

replace the o2 sensor they go bad

Did it start throwing this code as soon as you swapped to OBD1? or did the car run perfectly OBD1 then just started having this problem?

Code 9 is distributor related, have it tested or try a known good one.
Code 41 is common for a disconnected O2 sensor or simply, bad O2. Replace or connect, or both.
