ok swapped a d15b into my 90 civic hatch. it runs but only revs to about 4500 rpms! could i have some sensor plugs switched?
NEED HELP! 4500rpm redline

i wasnt no.. but i did have the iat sensor and the evac plugs mixed up, problem solved...new problem.. cooling fan not kicking on....at whut temp should it should it come on?
