Need Help 96 Ex Coupe

looking to buy a 96 ex coupe, and have a couple questions. there are a few minor things wrong that i would just like to go over before buying it.

1. Tachometer does not go above 2500 rpm
2. SRS light stays on

car has 129,325 miles, needs a front bumper, p/s mirror, tires (atleast 2 for now 205/40-17), tune up, and some minor things

car seems to be lowered, and rides descent clutch grabs good and brake work mint.

is it worth 1000 or best offer? what would you guys offer him?

if the car has little to no rust then the car would be worth 1000
if the car is all rusted or beat up then it's not worth squat.
I would look closely though at the car if the SRS light is on, it may have been in an accident and then it wouldn't be worth anythign unless it was fixed right or if you were going to fix it right.

All in all if the car seems to be in good shape I would say 1000 is a good deal
