i'm buying a car from a guy in NJ and i live in PA, how does it work when transferring title- Can he just sign it and then when i take it back here I can get the rest of it taken care of, or does his signature have to be notorized, etc etc, i need to know exactly what has to happen, preferably from someone who has done this between these two states ALREADY!!!!! HELP
