Need Help Building A Crv/vtec

Well im going to install a Crv/Vtec into my 95 civic. I have a good idea of everything that im going to need for this build up. But just in-case that I miss anything can you guys please help me out and just give me the list of everything thats going to be needed for this build up from top to bottom.
