need help on head

    what parts do i need if i want to change my camshafts on my 96 integra ls? do i have to buy new valves, springs, etc? any info would really be a good help. than :worthy: ks

    i'm looking for a little help myself, but we're talking about diffrent things... :lol:

    no, just take old cams out and put new ones in, take it to a shop if you don't know this, one mess up and your head will be fucked with bent valves smashed into it...

    ok buddy, I got answers.

    You can use the same valvetrain, if your new cams are similar in lift and your not revving past where you did before.

    The reason people get new springs, is for larger cams and to rev higher. For this, you need stiffer springs.

    And there you have it.
