does anyone know of any sites or a site that i can go to that will gie me a idea on what i need to get my car legal to pass the ref. i have a 91 crx with a b16a swap in it. any info will help thank you

try you local goverment or state website that will have alot of info on what you need.
if you're in CA.. call this # (800) 622-7733 and make an appointment.. a state referee will look over the car and run a smog test.. from there he will tell you what you need to do in order to pass smog
it costs $30.. if you happen to pass right there (very doubtful) it will be another $8 for the smog certificate
