need help picking a tranny

the b16 tran or a gsr cable tran....ls would be too long of a gear for that torqueless motor....unless you were planing turbo or somehting like that...best bet would be the gsr IMO
 
get the SiR 1 (cable) tranny

if you have the extra cash get an LSD in there too :)
 
the cable LS tranny's aren't as tall as the hydro's don't forget. they also have the 4.40 final drive, but still slightly longer gears. if you can't find the above, the ls won't be a bad choice either...
 
the S1 would be my choice. The GSR cable tranny is damn near impossible to find, and the ls is abundant just like the SiRI's
