I have ubuntu (feisty fawn) installed. At one point I had all my raid drives working, but now they won't show up under Linux.

Under /dev/disk they no longer show up. The raid controller works, and the drives work ok from there. I use dmraid, and when that comes up it shows three drives, so I can assume that its working, but I get nothing other than that. What am I doing wrong, I probably changed something and don't know what?

Also, dmraid, even when the drives did work takes more than ten minutes to find all of the drives, anyway to speed this up?

unless i'm reading this wrong..... they won't show up.

when setup as raid 5 (assuming 5 as you have 3 drives) they act as 1 VOLUME where the data gets split amongusts the available disks.
