need help!! rpms

For some reason whenever i put the car in neutral it revs itself ? anysuggestions on what cud be wrong ?

is it a surging rev? or does it just increase without you doing anything?

it kinda starts at 2,000-2500 rpms and it stats there

llmao i didnt read the question correctly hahaha its fuel injected bro my bad hahaha

that is definitely a problem i see with carbed engines, but when it comes to fuel injected, the only thing i can think of is you are missing some vacuum line that only opens a solenoid after the car is in gear.
