Hey I got an Igniter and I was wondering if anyone knows how to properly test it...so far I've done a resistance test with it off the distributor and there was 2.19 K ohms in one set of prongs and 3.17 K ohms in the other set, just wondering if any one could also give me a reference number for what is an acceptable reading and whats not, I applied a small 9v battery to each set and the resistance went down. Any help will be appreciated
