Install your pistons and cams, but make sure you have upgraded valve springs and retainers to match those high profile Skunk2 cams. You don't want to float a valve at high rpms. If you have access to a dyno, see if you can negotiate an hour or two of the owner's time so that you can tune your car. Your VAFC is good enough to adjust your fueling to get the most out of your engine after the bump in compression and the extra breathing from the cams. Make sure you're wired into a wideband O2 sensor while you're on the dyno- this way you can make sure you never go too lean and damage your engine.

If you have enough money to throw around, you might want to send your head to someone here in the US (or a Honda specialist around you if there is one) for a port and polish job. You pick up quite a bit of flow in the top end with a proper port in the head- sometimes as much as 20hp or more, depending on how the rest of your engine is set up. I would also look into using a custom ECU system like Uberdata or Ghettodyne for your B16. Both would allow you to tune your ECU with more precise fuel maps than the VAFC, and you can play with your ignition timing maps as well. The ignition timing maps are where you really pick up quite a bit of power.
