need help tunning

I have a b16a w/ a drag turbo kit, skunk 2 intake manifold,cam gears, fuel pressure regulator, fuel rail.....can some body tell what some good tunning solutions would be.... for example timing, cam timing, fuel pressure.........any info would be helpfull.....

denso spark plugs,valve adjustment,mobil1 synthetic oil,magnecor spark plug wires,the list goes on bro..just dont try and boost all crazy.no showing off,but have fun

yeah i got that far....but i dont know about my timing and cam timing, and fuel pressure
....im only boosting 9 pounds....no more than that..
