need help w/ 91 ef si w/b16a

ah, wassup peeps.

i have 91 ef w/b16 & its making a loud knocking sound when i accelerate. i just replace both axels & i just resently adjusted the tie rods because toe was off. some of my boys said its hub or bearings. their not sure if it is, so dont want to waste money if it isn't. so now i come to you guys for a second opinion, any feedback on what could be wrong would be grately appreciated......

Are you able to tell exactly where the "loud knocking" is coming from? If it is definitely coming from the axels it sounds like maybe you installed the wrong axles and the ball bearings in the CV's are meshing during tension.
