ive never done body work before and i like to do things myself
i have a few small dents on my 91 hatch that i would like to get rid of

i was wondering if there was anyone in the VA/MD/DC area with exp. who would like to help me out in a few months (oct/nov) i will pay with cash/beer/parts

just looking for a little help

thanks

i live about 2 mi south of DC
i think it took a litle less than 2.5hrs when i went to harrisburg a few years ago
you are about 45 min out of harrisburg right?

i would advise you invest in a cheap unispotter

i got one for $100...
haven't used it THAT much, but it seems to be decent

got mine from harbor freight tools i think, or some variation there-of...

then just grind to bare metal, spot weld, pull/hammer surface to desired shape and bondo...

I could possibly help, How far are you from State College, PA? (central pa)

Yep. Or if you choose to do it sooner I could assist you. Are you just fixing the dents and then spraying it?

there is nothing too major
im replacing a door and the hood
and im putting Si bumpers on and new moldings
the only one i am worried about is on the rocker panel
the others are no bigger than a quarter maybe five or six like that

i was going to just pull them and send it to earl sheib
i would like to have the entire car prepped for them
because i hear they overspray quite a bit
like everything taped and all the lights pulled
so all they have to do is spray it and i dont have to worry
