I have a 1/91 honda crx hf 1.5/8 valve i have no money for a swap but something is wrong wit it. Everytime i try to go past 4,000 rpm i shuts down kinda like a rev limiter but little different, like as if something is shutting down. On rainy or cloudy days it will not rev past 3,500 rpms. can anyone help?

It's a bad distributor. It's also a 1991, which means you're in the wrong forum.
