need help with 94 accord

i have a automatic accord, the car stars up great but when i put in to drive (D4)

the (D4) light blinks, but the car runs what does the (D4) blinking means?


and does any honda ignition (key cylinder, etc...) fit the 94 accord?
please let me know....thanks...
