need help with a zc prob

Allright i just bought a 1991 civic ef hatch.. i only payed 400 for it so i didnt really expect much. he said the motor blew a rod bearing and locked up. turns out its a zc motor. my question(s) are 1. how hard is it to find a rebuild kit. two the guy who sold it to me said that it had a dohc block and a sohc head. which i dont believe for a sec but i dont know everything so i'm just lookin for some guidance i guess. Is it worth rebuilding?

What is the engine code on the block? And I assure you its not a DOHC block with a SOHC head.

Above that, the code like the one in the pic. The one you just gave is the engine vin if you will.

ive been trying to read up on the zc's heard theyre rare but you can use d series rebuild kits. arent the non vtec zc just like any other honda motor, (wiring wise anyway?)
