Need Help With D16a1

I just recently bought a d16a1 and i want to put it into my crx but i ran into some issues i cannot get the started to hit the flywheel to start the motor .. I know that a l3 tranny bolts to the block but 2 of the bolts dont line up on the that back bottom and one for the started i tapped the one for the started but i can not get the started to start the motor does anyone no whats up.....

Well everything should just bolt right into place. If your having issues with that you might want to make sure the tranny and motor are bolted in level. Check the alignment of the motor to the tranny etc....
