I have a 1995 Civic (DX i think) with a B18C1 GSR Swap and I've been having some idle problems. I live in Pennsylvania and it doesnt want to pass emissions on both the high idle and low idle tests. I just got this car a year ago and it runs great, a little rich but I heard that could be normal. But the vacuum lines are a mess , one line is capped off with a bolt (the line that comes out the back of the intake manifold), and was wondering if there was a way I could check to see which lines should connect to where or if there was a certain guide to this swap. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
