need help with swap problems

Well, correct me if I'm wrong but the b18a1 is an OBD0 motor, while the 95 is a B18B(1) and will be OBD1. Did you convert to the engine to OBD1 or are you just using incorrect engine management?

well the engine harness that im using came out of a 94 ls and my hatch is an 95 civic so everything should be correct rite?

It almost sounds like you swapped the engine in and wired it wrong because you are using OBD0 IM/TB OBD1 Dizzy with a hacked up OBD1. So you need to convert the IM/TB to OBD1 and get it tuned.

ok i switched the im/tb to an obd1 model and it nots dying as much anymore and its not lagging much but there is still not as much power and torque as there should be plus im not gettting good gas mileage only getting about 180 mile for a full tank
