need help with timing!!!

hey i have a b20b vtec setup and 1 day i was driving and the alternator belt broke and i noticed a load ticking noise so the next day i changed the belt and i noticed 1 of the cams i guess jumped so i took of the timing belt and now the problem is finding where i have adjust both cams to get it runing right and i noticed the 3 bolts on the cam is all over to the retard side i have aem true time cams and i dont know wat the markng mean can someone plz help me
