i installed a comp cams 105300 cam and the upgraded springs that it calls for into a y8 head thats off the car. i torque it down to 14 ft lbs and 8 ft lbs on the end bolts. i can not get the cam to spin over by hand. whats the problem? or is there any considering the stock cam is hard to move and with stiffer springs it would be even harder
