Need Help

Hey peeps gotta question, I've seen a few integras' and civic's with custom mounted electronics and gauges under th passenger side airbag cover, and I was wondering if anyone knows where to get it done or if its some type of kit u can buy or if its just some custom thing u gotta have some imagination to make....Let me know as I'm trying to be a little different and build a car for shows and such and give it my own custom look.
