the only pipe i see having any kinda real problem is the pipe that would go from the throttle body down into where the air box used to be, but if you do have to modify you can do so by bringing the car and the piping to a muffler shop. they can extend the pipe or shorten it to the desired lenght
oh yeah try test fitting and finding out if you are off or on point
