need help

wondering if anyone knows how the manual windows work in a 95 civic?
i was rolling it up and heard a pop and it fell of the tracks and is all crooked. It still turns up and down but is all off the tracks and one ball isnt on the track either.
Can anyone help, its the winter and i park outside so its going to be really cold lol

Take the door panel off and see if you can fix it?

i have but there is still a bunch or metal supporting the door panel. But when i took the panel off there was a bar with a ball on the end which has to go into this groove attached to the door. Not really sure what to do...
