NEED HELP!!!!!!!!

I have an OBD O LS motor in my 88 HF REX and for some reason when i start it, it just keeps reving all the way up, and it wont idol...I know all the fluids are right and the ECU wont throw a code....Can any one help

check vacuum lines and throtle plate ro make sure its not stuck open

i re did all the vaccum and it is all right, and there is a new throttle body on it with a new gasket so its not that....

are you sure? triple check it.

pcv valve? but i would say the butterfly/throttle plate.

throtle cable to tight? and make sure you tps voltage is correct also


0-0.5 vdc closed
4.5-5vdc open

did you keep your orriginal wiring if so on DPFI which i believe you had with your previous engine the Throttle position sensor or (TPS) spins the opposite direction to fix you just which the two of the three leads i think GRN and RED don't hold me to this

i think thats your problem if its not that then i shall shoot my self in the big toe with a blow gun lol
as for the reason your not throwing a code i have no clue
