need info on h22a4 on 00ex

i have the motor in the car and did the harness except for the distributor part. the plug from the ex is different from the sh h22a4 and it has a external coil. the h22a4 has 7 wires i believe and the ex harness has 8. im thinking of using a blaster coil if im gonna end up using the same distributor coz it runs by its own just need the coil to distributor. my problem is how to wire the distributor and the ex harness together to make it work.need help and suggestions on this one .ive been searching for along time and the car is been sitting for 3 months already trying to figure thise out. thanks help wil appreciated

i think the 8th wire you are missing is the 12v current to the coil. i had to do the opposite, and i had to splice my 12v wire into my dizzy harness to make the thing work. post up some pictures, maybe we can help you.
