Not easily, no. The 99 V6 is a different series then the V6 in the 95-97 Accords. Your car currently has a C-series engine (C27 I think?), and the 99 will have a J-series engine (J30 I believe). It can probably be done, but it won't be a drop-in, bolt-up kind of swap. It would require some customizing...
