Need new tires

Alright guys, I need to put some new tires on the civic, I'm looking for a tire that will have a good grip during winter, preferebly something I can use all season.. I'm not looking to spend a shitload I was just want the cheapest quality tire on stock 14" wheels.

Suggestions?

Check out Tirerack. They have ratings for each tire. If you're looking for cheap, I'd probably go with the Kumho ECSTA ASX or Yokohama Avid H4. While you're at their website, buy your tires there. They have the best prices around and have great customer service.

best all season tire i have ever used is the Dunlop SP Sport 5000 Asymmetrical
incredible in the snow
excelent in the rain
very good in the dry

p5000's are good.
another option are the pirelli p-zero Nero M+S all seasons
