Need some advice?

so today my integra 90 stars makin a clickin noise .then later on the pulley come off the car will runing stop . i look and the crankshaft thin its dent any advice about what can i do / Thanks a lot... take a lot a the attach picture

Did you recently change the front seal or oil pump or something else?
Do you have any pics of the 'dent'? Depending on the condition, it might be able to get fixed or you will have look for another crankshaft and basically do a rebuild because odds are you are not going to find another crank that will fit exactly right with the specs of your motor.
