god no. dyno time around here is like 125-150 per hour to tune it yourself
 
i would say go with the hondata and have your stock fly wheel lightned at a local machene shop it will be cheep. I have been runing a 9.68Lb altered stock fly wheel in a jdmb18c with stage 2 cams ,head work gears, basicaly every bolt on available and love it, never any problems. Another benifit of a lightend wheel is you will break less axils on launch due to less rotational mass
