I am building a h22a4, block. it has a h23 crank, carrillo titanium rods, and factory piston head. holding it together is arp rod main and head studs, with acl bearings.The head has blox titanium springs and retainers, webb cams w\475 lift on the intake and 435 on the exhaust, with 250 dur on both. skunk 2 cam gears and cryo treated factory valves.
when i assembled the motor the pistons were lifting the head .046 off of the block. so i bought a .051 cometic head gasket. im running 450 injectors, and a chipped p28, with a old safc. my question is with this setup were should i start my cam and dist. timing. and do you think this frankenstein of prts will run?
