or just go to a muffler shop and have them make you one....i have never understood the reasoning behind buying a test pipe....

most shops in CA won't make you one...it's illegal not to have a cat, if they get cought making, installing and selling test pipes, they'll be in trouble.

correct me if im wrong, it also may also be different in different states.
