Accords you swap in a h23, f22, or h22! Thats it you do not put a weak b18 or b16! Accords are boats..

On the contrary....89 and older Accords accept a B18 much easier, since they're lighter than the 90+ Accords, and have a completely different chassis setup. Although, I wouldn't swap in a B16, as they're torqueless wonders, and won't pull an Accord of any year very well.

And he's got an 89 Accord LX....his profile says so.

i'd go h23 just because they have plenty of power abnd torque, plus they make good numbers when turboed and there is no vtec to worry about if and when u do go turbo.

I wouldn't go with an H23 if I were staying n/a. They DON'T make much power up high (160 horsepower), and are pretty worthless for n/a applications.
