Need Valve clearance spec for 96 GSR

does anyone have the valve clearance specs for a 96 GSR. I can't remember waht they are exactly and I need to readjust the valves in my buddy's new swap. If someone has a helms laying around or something, can you please post the specs so I can finish adjusting the valves. Thanks
