New/1st video camera

I just picked up a Sony DVR-HC21.

It is a MiniDV cam. So far it is pretty descent. Video comes out clear. I just have to tweak the transfer settings when moving the video to my computer.. It darkens a little in the transfer. other than that it is nice and clear. Now i just need a firewire card to aid in my quality that the computer gets it at.

the screen is a touch screen and all

Yeah.. the manual didn't exactly say what it does..

I did turn it on for a second.. i will have to take some video with and with out it and compare.
