Well, I did it. I got a "new" job. I applied for another paint store job, this one is with Mallory Paint (A Benjamin Moore retailer). I interviewed at 3:00pm, I got a call back less than 20 minutes later offering me a position.
I have been making $12.21 at my current job. I'll be making $15 at my new job. Doing pretty much the same thing, location is within a mile of my current job. I'll be working with my old manager (except he's just a regular employee now, he came into a big inheritance and got bored and his wife made him go back to work lol).
It'll be a nice change for the time being. I'm going to continue trying to get a job in the aerospace industry. I'm actually going to look into getting into an Electrician's apprentice job. My neighbor does it and he has good things to say about it.
I'm looking forward to starting!
