I am doing some research on new suspension for my ej and I have a few questions. First is about spring rates. I have heard that putting a stronger rate in the back reduces understear. Is this correct? Also is it correct if I am using a sway bar or if I am not using a sway bar? Next question is when I finally finish the b16 and get it swapped in will I need to compensate for the added weight in the front end by having a higher spring rate? I see a lot of recomended rates, but I dont know if they apply for my specific build or if they are just general. What are your opinions about what spring rate to use? The car is a 93 ej which will have a b16 and be used primarily for DD purposes.
