Riced with an actual modified engine? I am confused when it comes to Riced out Honda's. If it is riced out with stupid stickers and lame body accessories but has an engine that * will decimate all * would that be considered a ricer or a sleeper? When you see a Riced out kid driving a Civic do you expect him to actually have a fully built engine? I normally think all of their money went on the body kit but it would be cool to surprise someone with a riced sleeper. Duct tape the front bumper on lol
