new to the honda world, got a couple questions

What's up guys/gals I'm Jordan.
Just bought a '98 civic ex coupe, new to the Honda scene and I really wanna get into swapping/turbo'ing it, but I'm clueless right now lmao. But it seems I've come to the right place to get some answers!

So with that being said, what's the best swap for me to look into? Like i said i have a completely stock 2door '98 civic ex. In the end I'd want around 350ish HP. I have the funds to look into a swap/turbo soon after i learn a lot about it.
So basically what I'm asking is what swap is the best for me/mods to look into right away, aka what are the first few things I should do step by step.

My personal favorite (from driving friend's cars) Is a ls/vtec turbo.

IDK about how it is in a 98 ek coupe though, other members here have done it so they can tell you all about it... but in my buddy's ek hatch it was fucking devastating. just saying...

if it were me (soon will be, hint hint) I'd go for the lsv turbo.

yes, im talking about ls-v turbo in a Rex people...

No reason to use the VTEC head if your goal is 350whp- it's easily done with just a 1.8 or 2.0L B block without VTEC.
