sure is. i'd look into a standalone engine management system such as Hondata though, if your planning on going FI + n20. Things can get messey very quickly with FI and n20 combined.
personally, if you are going with n20, look into AEM's EMS instead of the hondata. AEM has an entire chanel dedicated to nitrous injection, as well as boost.
