no clutch after install??? please help

okay well i just did an auto to manual conversion to my car with a hydraulic clutch. now the clutch just stays on the floor and is non functional. can someone please tell me how to bleed this? i have tried but it isnt getting me anywhere.

You said you bled the clutch? How exactly did you do it? You filled the reservoir and then pumped the clutch about 5-7 times held the clutch down and opened the bleeder? If you did then you are going to have to do that quite a few times. If you do that and your still not getting anything check to see if you have a line that is slowly leaking. I had that problem one time.

i replaced the master and slave cylinder and it is fine now i want to uprgrade to a stage 2 exedy clutch now
